The step of install Hair Planting Machine with robot

1. Adjust the feet of the tufting machine evenly and stably.

2. Drill 2pcs M6 screw holes in the fixture base, and the positioning size is as shown in the picture.

3. There are always 24V, 0V, Y3-I, Y8, Y10, Y3-0,X13, X12, eight signal lines

4.Adjust the weighing:

press the weighing debugging page in the manual interface, put a toothbrush on the weighing, the value will display the weight of the current toothbrush, and then adjust the upper and lower limits according to the weight. Generally, the upper limit is the toothbrush’s 1.5 times, the lower limit is 0.5 times that of toothbrushes. For example, if the weight of a toothbrush is 10G, the upper limit is 15G, and the lower limit is 5G.

5. Alignment: consistent with the step width.

6.Adjust the mechanical position of turning head: 

put a toothbrush in the turning position, enter the manual interface, and press turn up-turn-turn-turn-up in turn until the toothbrush can be placed on the feeding position normally.

7.Blowing debugging: 

enter the blowing page in the manual interface, place a toothbrush on the blowing position, press the blow to get the value, then turn the toothbrush over, press the blow to get the value, and take the middle of the two values Just set the value as the judgment value. For example, if the positive value is 5000 and the negative value is 2000, then the judgment value is (5000+2000)÷2=3500.

8. Turn left: Adjust the up and down positions on the left side of the turn, and place a toothbrush in the turning position, so that the front and back of the toothbrush can enter the turning position smoothly.
